With the weather getting a little nicer today we finally got around to putting in the raised beds in the garden. I've been wanting to do this for a few years now. It's a large undertaking but I think it will make weeding easier, less overall maintenance, and less water waste.
That's the hope anyway. 19 - 4'x4' raised beds in a fenced area approximately 30' by 30'.
It's a lot of dirt to move, as we're trying to use as much as we can from the existing garden space, so we don't have to purchase as much.
I'm tired, but feel good that we got 5 done today.
